We take great care in ensuring that every order meets our quality standards. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

You may only request a return after the item has been physically received.

Return shipping costs, including any international or customs fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it beyond fitting purposes is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes or colors with the intent to return part of the order is not considered a valid reason for return and may not be accepted.
Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be refused or not refunded.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below carefully:

Contact our support team at info@maisonlaurentmontreal.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

Send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches the return address safely.
Please note: returns without prior approval via email may not be processed.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, and the item meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued within 30 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling costs are non-refundable.
4. Liability

Maison Laurent Montréal is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the courier if tracking shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing your order.
